Visas

If you aren't a permanent resident of Hong Kong you will need a visa to work here. The process can be bureaucratic and, if you are doing it for the first time, very time consuming.

The good news is that Hong Kong is an open society which welcomes foreign investors and entrepreneurs. Anybody coming to set up a company in Hong Kong will almost certainly have better things to do than spend time fussing with the Immigration Department so we recommend letting Pacific Jade’s experienced team members handle your visa application on your behalf.

We have extensive experience handling applications not just for primary applicants, but also for their husbands, wives and families.

You will still have to attend a meeting at the Immigration Department but we will handle all the annoying paperwork and preparation.

That includes preparing all copies of corporate documentation, certification of true copies, detailed advice on and help with drafting business plans and organisation charts, and attending the appointment with you to smooth the process.
